Wouter is a driven professional with a strong dedication to helping clients develop their IT strategy and successfully implement this in practice.
After working for five years as a political assistant for the liberal (VVD) party in the Dutch Parliament, he made the switch to IT change management. As a consultant, he advised various ministries, municipalities and implementing organizations on their IT strategy. He also worked as a project and program manager at Capgemini, Aegon, Randstad and ING, among others.
Because of his background, he speaks the language of both technical specialists and middle- and higher management. Thanks to his experience in very diverse working environments, he knows how to quickly adapt to difficult environments, to understand how processes within these environments are run and to clarify what needs to be done to realize a widely supported organizational change for the customer.
