U Yong is an experienced, decisive project- and change manager who has carried out projects and programs in many areas. The approach is people-oriented, integral, reducing to the core and result-oriented.
U Yong is a generalist and has knowledge of different themes such as process management, e-health, risk management, agile working, social innovation, diversity and inclusion. She also gives advice, training and coaching. She is used to working in an environment with many parties and diverse interests.
