Tom is a team player who gets a lot of satisfaction and energy out of optimally designing organizations. Because of his business background he always uses the business strategy of a client as a starting point, necessary to test the value of the envisioned changes. He considers implementing these changes in coherence to be one of the most important objectives of his work. In roles such as Business Analyst, Project Leader and Enterprise Architect, he has worked mainly for insurers, pension funds and secondment. Defining and implementing business driven IT solutions has always been a core task of his activities.
