Foekje van Dijk is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur. After studying Policy and Organisation at Erasmus University, she was involved as a consultant in various transformation projects of hospitals, health insurances, in youth and palliative care.
Her assignments involve improving organisations, data and processes, whereby - in addition to data management - attention is also paid to strategy, culture and the organisation's environment. Foekje has knowledge and experience in designing and managing data, processes and systems, with a focus on people. Her expertise is to make the whole more than the sum of its parts by effectively translating business requirements into structural solutions.
Since 2001, she has been the co-founder and owner of Berrico FoodCompany, a significant international player in the field of fruit products.
